Gray Marketing, established in 1989, is a sole proprietorship located in Bethel, Maine providing a range of marketing services including advertising, promotions, and marketing plans. Gray Marketing focuses on public relations with writers from the travel and and outdoor media, planning and hosting group and individual media trips. Gray Marketing specializes in serving small, tourism-based businesses and associations with limited budgets. Principal, Wende Gray, has been involved in Maine’s Tourism industry since 1971. She has held positions as publicity representative for the Maine Office of Tourism, marketing manager for Sunday River and Sugarloaf Ski Resorts and general manager of the Camden Snow Bowl. She was appointed tourism representative to the Commission on Maine’s Future and the Governor’s Commission on Outdoor Recreation. She is a past president of the Maine Tourism Association, Maine’s private, non-profit tourism membership association. She is a member of the Maine Public Relations Council. Wende has served as managing director of the Maine Nordic Ski Council, Raft Maine Association and Sled ME.
